At Abundant Love, we’re committed to ensuring you feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags must still be attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [abundantbusiness21@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1-5 business days with next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange. Inventory is not guaranteed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your item.
