At Abundant Love, we’re dedicated to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on pre-made and or pre-order drops, also on how and when your order will arrive.
Pre-Orders vs. Pre-Made Items
At Abundant Love, we offer two types of product availability: Pre-Orders and Pre-Made items.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made-to-order pieces that are not yet in stock. When you place a pre-order, you're reserving the item before it’s produced or restocked.
- Estimated ship time: Usually within 3–6 weeks (not including processing time to make said pieces; subject to change; exact time listed on product page)
Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items are in-stock and ready to ship.
- Shipping time: 1-2 Weeks
If your cart contains both pre-order and pre-made items, your full order may ship together once all items are ready (unless stated otherwise). For questions, feel free to contact us!
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 Weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new collection drops), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.
3. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Abundant Love is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If you believe your package is missing:
- Double-check your address
- Look for delivery slips or check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
For packages damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
4. Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you make a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We’re not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
